Apple: App distribution and in-app purchase processing
Open Food Facts: Barcode product lookup (anonymized queries)

Storage Location

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Neon (PostgreSQL) and Supabase
Servers are located in the United States

Security Measures

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
We use secure authentication through Supabase Auth
Access to production systems is restricted and logged

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active
Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days
Anonymous analytics data may be retained for longer periods

Access and Portability

View your data within the App (Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data)
Request a download of your data in a portable format

Correction

Update your profile information at any time through the App

Deletion

Delete your account and all associated data (Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account)

Communication Preferences

Manage push notification settings through your device settings
Opt out of non-essential emails by contacting support

Do Not Track

The App does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@splashpro.io, and we will delete such information.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
